Specifying when Staff are online/offline in UChat

Outside of the availability hours, your visitors will receive a customizable away message, and your users will receive an email with the submitted message.
 
Students can see which staff members are logged into UChat at any given time similar to how staff members see students login activity- through a green dot next to their Profile Photo.
 
To set your Online Hours:

1. Login to UChat
2. Select Settings.
3. Scroll to the checkbox for Specify Online Hours and check the box.
4. Enter a Timezone and check the days/times your staff is online.
5. Save your changes.
