Creating a Feeder School Report
- Click on the Reports tab.
- Click the New Report button.
- Click the plus (+) sign next to Schools and Students, then click Students and Schools.
- Click Create
- Beginning with a blank report is easiest, so click Remove All Columns.
- In the Show dropdown, select All schools.
- For the Created Date range, select All time.
- In the format dropdown (at the top of the Preview pane), change the format from Tabular Format to Summary.
- Drag the Student ID field from the Fields list into the Preview pane.
- Drag the School Name field into the summary Field (labeled Drop a field here to create a grouping).
- Click the dropdown arrow next to School Name and ensure Sort Group Descending is chosen.
- Click Save.
Note: Save this report in a public folder if you would like to use it to create a Dashboard (See Creating a Feeder School Dashboard).
