- (CL-1956) When creating two identical ad-hoc requirements, populating the same requirement ID twice, separated by a semicolon to NewRequirment, creates two identical checklist items on the application. Previously, ad-hoc requirements would not create checklist items.
- (CL-1956) When creating ad-hoc requirements on multiple applications in a single action, the checklist items are created on all the applications. Previously, only one of the applications had the new checklist items created.
