Application Requirement Manager and Source to Master are not being triggered.

Issue: Application Requirement Manager and Source to Master are not being triggered correctly after December '20 upgrade. 

Cause: Before the December '20 Release,  Application Requirement Manager and Source to Master were triggered by a workflow or process builder update. The December '20 release included a change to prevent recursion in the trigger, which causes workflow and process builder updates to no longer trigger ARM or Source to Master. 

Resolution: Move the Workflow and Process Builder updates from immediate actions to time-based/scheduled actions to resolve the issue.

Applicant Stage is added to the Student record when RM Preference for stage update is off.

Follow these steps if your Recruitment Manager Preferences setting for Set Applicant Status is set to disabled but the Student Stage is still being updated:

  1. Navigate to Setup and search for Workflow Rules.
  2. Review each workflow rule to see if any are causing the Student Stage to update to Applicant.
