AP Scores
Two new AP Exams will be reported to institutions starting July 2024:
- AP Precalculus (Exam Code 65)
- AP African American Studies (Exam Code 10)
You can add these to your AP_Exam_Codes.csv lookup file or download the current lookup file here.
Removed fields
The following fields will now be reported blank for 2025, so have been removed from the import:
- Educational Level
- Student Search
- Previous AI Year
- Previous AI Code
- Race/Ethnicity Student Response
- Derived Aggregate Race/Ethnicity
- Service Type
- Service Code
- Ordering Institution Key
Common App (4 Year, Recommendation and Transfer)

Removed Fields
The following field will now be reported blank for 2025, so has been removed from the import:
- Home Phone
GRE
No changes for 2024-2025.
GMAT
No changes for 2024-2025.
Note: You must use the updated import, but no mapping or data changes are needed.

Replaced by Encoura.
