When I set up the Scheduled Delivery Service (SDS) with the Common App, how should I fill out the SDS Request Form?: When you contact Common App, just tell them that you are working with TargetX and you would like the TargetX Standard Configuration. This has all of the information already filled to assist in this process.

How does the process know which CRM Application record to attach the PDF(s) to?: This process is predicated on the fact that you are using the Common App ID as your CRM Application’s unique identifier. The Common App ID should be mapped to the Application Key field in the CRM. If not, the process will not work.

I am receiving the a “[ERROR] Failed to load the JVM library” error when running the process. What do I do to resolve the issue?

This issue is caused due to missing Microsoft VC++ 2010 Redistributables on the Secure Agent machine.

To resolve this issue, install the Redistributable on the Secure Agent machine.

The redistributable bit mode to be installed is dependent on the Secure Agent’s bit mode (and not the Windows machine’s bit mode).

Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributables on the Secure Agent machine and then restart the Secure Services to resolve the issue.
