Resending an Individual Email or SMS sent from the Communication Planner

Email and SMS messages sent to Contacts are displayed in the Contact Activity visualforce page [TX_ CommPlanner_Contact Activity] on the Contact record. Should a contact need an email or SMS message resent, you can use the Re-send link from the Individual Email Activity widget:

  1. Navigate to the Contact record for the recipient.
  2. Scroll to the Email Activity History section on the page. If not visible, please contact your Administrator to have it added to the page layout.
  3. In the list of sent emails and SMS, find the message you'd like to resend and click the Re-send link.

Note: If the recipient has opted out of email, the email will not be resent.
