Creating the Community User Account

Note: This record needs to be created only once in the client Salesforce org, so it may already exist if previous Experiences have been configured.

  1. From the App Launcher, search and select the Accounts or Schools tab.
  2. Click + New Account.
  3. Select a record type of “Educational Institution, click Next.
  4. Enter an Account Name of “Community User Account”.
  5. Enter a CEEB Code value of “XXXXXX”.
  6. Click Save.
