Resending an Individual Email
The Broadcast Email tool lets you send bulk email messages to your contacts. Email messages sent to contacts are displayed on the Individual Email Activity report on the Contact record. Should a contact need an email message resent, you can use the Re-send link in the Email Activity History report:
- Navigate to the Contact record for the recipient.
- Scroll to the Email Activity History section on the page. If not visible, please contact your Administrator to have it added to the page layout.
- In the list of sent emails, find the message you'd like to resend and click the Re-send link on the far right.
Notes:
- Resending an email will send the same email that was originally sent, even if the email contains Condition sets and the student meets different criteria from the original email.
- This feature can be disabled by contacting Client Services.
