Resolving issues with Appointment Scheduler emails not sending

To correct issues with Appointment Scheduler emails not sending, verify the Folder that contains the email templates is accessible by all users:

  1. Navigate to Setup and search for Classic Email Templates.
  2. For Folder, select Appointment Email Templates.
  3. Click the Edit link next to the Folder picklist.
  4. Scroll to the section that specifies, 'This folder is...'
  5. Click the checkbox for This Folder is accessible by all users.
  6. Save your changes.

Additionally, you should verify your Configuring Recommended sharing settings. If you continue to have issues, you should submit a Support Ticket.
