Resolving issues with Appointment Scheduler emails not sending
To correct issues with Appointment Scheduler emails not sending, verify the Folder that contains the email templates is accessible by all users:
- Navigate to Setup and search for Classic Email Templates.
- For Folder, select Appointment Email Templates.
- Click the Edit link next to the Folder picklist.
- Scroll to the section that specifies, 'This folder is...'
- Click the checkbox for This Folder is accessible by all users.
- Save your changes.
Additionally, you should verify your Configuring Recommended sharing settings. If you continue to have issues, you should submit a Support Ticket.
