Configuring Appointment Reasons

  1. Navigate to Setup and select Object Manager.
  2. Locate the object you wish to update (Organization Event or User) and select Fields & Relationships.
  3. Select the Appointment Reasons custom field from the list.
  4. In the Picklist Values list; add New, Reorder or Replace the values in the list as needed.
  5. ​You can select a Default value if you choose.
  6. Save your changes.
