Understanding Insights Target Tracking

Target Tracking displays details on your various Targets, broken down as follows:

Inquiries
Applications
Admits
Confirms
Enrolled

Each option will display the Total Applications Submitted, Confirmed, or Enrolled compared to the Targets set up. If the data is available, you can also view data from previous terms.

Targets are set up under Settings > Targets. From there, Administrators can specify specific targets for any of the following for a specific Term:

Academic Program
Campus
Counselor
Gender
Student Level
Student Type

If Targets have been set up at a granular level, they will display below the Total.

Note: If granular targets have not been configured for specific values, they will NOT display in the Dashboard. For example, if you have 20 Programs but only set targets for 10 - only those 10 Programs will display on the Dashboard.
