Insights Counselor Dashboard

The Counselor Dashboard displays data to support Counselors in tracking their student's day to day activity. 

The Dashboard includes:

• Counselor Funnel displays number of Contacts who have converted from one stage to the next for the selected term, filtered by the selected counselor. 

• New Inquiries and Applications by Week displays the number of new Inquiries, Started Applications, and Submitted Applications by week for a trailing 4-week period. 

• Application Conversion Rate displays the number and percent of Applications that have converted from one application status to the next for the selected term. 

• Application Activity by Day displays the number of new Applications Started, existing Applications in progress, and Applications Submitted by day for a trailing 7-day period.

• Started vs. Submitted Applications displays the monthly number of Applications Started and Submitted in a trailing 12-month period, filtered by the selected Counselor.

• Started Applications Year over Year displays the monthly number of Applications Started in a trailing 12-month period, filtered by the selected Counselor.

• Submitted Applications Year over Year displays the monthly number of Applications Started in a trailing 12-month period, filtered by the selected Counselor.

• Applications by Feeder Sources/High Schools displays the number of Started, Submitted, and Completed Applications for the selected and previous equivalent term, grouped by the Account associated with Contacts who have started, submitted, or completed an application.

• Submitted Applications by Feed Sources/High Schools displays the locations of feeder sources/high schools represented in the Applications by Feeder Sources table where applications have been started.
