Insights Applications

Total Applications lets you see your progress toward your targets with a quick view of new applications submitted today and this week.

Application Workflow displays in the top right. You can view some aging information, such as how long applications are active in the system before they are completed and the average amount of time your staff takes to make admissions decisions:

  • Average Application Submission Time averages the difference between Application Submit Date and Application Created Date:
    • The system rounds up to the nearest number of days (i.e., if an application is submitted in 10 minutes, this counts as one day).
    • It is possible to have Application Submit Date = Application Created Date for imported applications (i.e., Common Application).
  • This chart also shows the conversion of submitted to completed applications and completed to reviewed applications:
    • Submitted is the percentage of started applications that have been submitted, i.e., the number of Submitted Applications (Application Stage = Submitted) divided by the number of Applications.
    • Completed is the percentage of Submitted applications that have been Completed, i.e., the number of Completed Applications  (Application Status = 'Completed') divided by the Number of Submitted Applications (Application Stage = 'Submitted').
    • Reviewed is the percentage of Completed applications that have been Reviewed; i.e., the Number of Reviewed Applications (Application Decision IS NOT NULL) divided by the Number of Completed Applications (Application Status = 'Completed').

Submitted Applications displays your application numbers compared to the previous two terms. This chart uses the Application Submit Date to group by month.
