- Funnel Entry Stage is a pie chart that displays which stage of your funnel your applicants entered the admissions process.
- Prospects - All contact records without an application.
- Regular Applicants - All contact records with an application with a Create Date at least 1 day after the contact create date.
- Stealth Applicants displays all contact records with an application with a Create Date within 1 day of the contact create date.
- The Future Interest bar chart displays a count of potential future students broken down by student stage in the upcoming years; i.e., your current pipeline.
- Source Efficiency displays a data table that shows you how efficient the Sources you use are at yielding applicants and enrolled students:
- Rows are ordered by Total Students
- Total students is the sum of all students for each source
- Applicants is the sum of all students WHERE Student Stage = Applicant
- Applicant Yield = Applicants / Total Students
- Enrollments is the sum of all Students WHERE Student Stage = Enrollments
- Enrollment Yield = Enrollments / Total Student
- Enrolled Students by Source displays how your various Sources yielded enrolled students over the previous few terms:
- Displays 3 Terms, including the Current Term.
- Only the Top 5 Sources are displayed.
- The Source Yield is a donut chart shows you which Sources have generated the most enrolled students in the current term:
- Applicants: Counts Contact records that have an Application record.
- Enrolled: Counts Contact records where Student Stage = Enrolled.
