Overview of the difference between the Online App Community User and 'Site user'

The Online App Community Profile is the profile associated with the student who logs into the online application.

The Online App Community Site user is the guest user profile that is accessed under Sites from the Setup Menu and clicking on the Site Label, then clicking Public Access settings. This is the profile used when accessing pages for non-authenticated pages. This is the profile used BEFORE a user signs in. This is also used for Recommenders and Payment Vendors when payment information is sent to TargetX.
