Version 2405.0

(CL-2116) The Decision Viewed Date/Time field is only updated the first time a student views their Decision Letter. Previously, the Decision Viewed Date/Time field would update each time a user chose to view their Decision Letter.
(CL-2013) Application deadlines are accurately adjusted to accommodate the end of Daylight Saving Time. Previously, if a deadline fell after the conclusion of Daylight Saving Time, the system would inaccurately display the deadline.

(CL-2103) Submitting a Supplemental form will not revert the Application Status. Previously, starting a Supplemental form reverted the Application Status to a prior value if the value changed while the student was already logged in to the Applicant Dashboard.

(CL-1853) The New Application button will appear even when an active App Configuration lacks a Community Theme. Previously, students could not create new applications if the active App Config was missing a Community Theme.
