FormAssembly Notification

We are aware there have been some claims made by FormAssembly sales representatives that purport that TargetX/Liaison is in breach of its contract with FormAssembly. This is not true. TargetX/Liaison has not breached its contract with FormAssembly.

Our leadership team has been working to connect with the FormAssembly leadership team to assure our mutual clients’ agreements will be honored.

At the point of the TargetX/Liaison contract renewal, we have been working with clients to migrate to our TX Forms product or to transition those who were unable to move to TX Forms to become a direct client of FormAssembly. This process is ongoing, and we remain committed to assisting our clients with either path they may choose.
