Removal of May TargetX Base, Email, Events, and Retention Packages

The May ‘23 version of TargetX Base (2305.0) has been removed due to a critical defect. If you’ve installed in a Sandbox, we would encourage you to put your testing on hold until a new version is made available. If you have installed in Production and are using TX Forms, you may be impacted by this defect. The Email, Events, and Retention packages have also been removed due to dependencies on the Base package.

The defect in question causes an error in TX Forms when pre-fill keys are not enabled, which presents a TypeError in the JavaScript code.

The workaround for this issue, if you are impacted, is to toggle the “enable URL Pre-fill" option on and then off again for each field on your form. We understand this is not a scalable long-term workaround, and our Engineering team is working to correct this issue as their top priority.

As soon as a fix is available and thoroughly tested, we will make a new package available.  We will update you via email as soon as more information is available.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you or other users in your org. If you have further questions, please submit a case to Support via the TargetX User Community.
