November '24
  • Communication Planner settings include a General Setting tab for better organization of related options. 
  • Portal Section height can be adjusted to tailor how information is presented on your page. For details, see Creating a Portal
  • Defect fixes for Communities, Events, Online Application, Portal, Retention and TX Forms. 
October '24
  • The Communication Planner consolidates Email and SMS campaigns into a single tool, enabling you to define Tracks and Steps tailored to your organization's requirements. Salesforce serves as the interface and repository for campaign data and images, while actual campaign execution and related processes remain outside its scope.
  • Defect fixes for Engage, Events, Online Application, Retention, and TX Forms.
September '24
  • The Internal Events Calendar allows you to filter by Location, allowing you to quickly limit the calendar to a specific Campus. For more information, see Navigating and Filtering the Events Calendar.
  • A new Skip Calendar option has been added to the Events Calendar, allowing users to bypass tabbing through each individual date and improving accessibility for those using screen readers with visual impairments.
  • A new field for Mobile Phone (TargetX_SRMb__Mobile_Phone__c) is available on Relationship (v1) records.
August '24
  • New fields have been added to the Test object to accommodate changes to the 2024-2025 Common App import file changes.

July '24

  • Forms with email fields include email validation to prevent invalid emails from being added to the system and improve contact matching. For details, see Creating TX Forms.
  • Defect fixes for Engage, Events, Online Application, and TX Forms.

June '24 Hotfix

  • A hotfix for the June '24 Base package was released on 7/2/24.

  • Defect fixes for Applicant Dashboard, Events, Online Application, Payment Connector, Portal, and TX Forms.
May '24
  • TX Forms includes an Application form type to allow for the creation of forms related to a student, their application, and any supporting objects of either. For more information, see Creating TX Forms.
  • TX Forms incorporates repeatable sections, allowing a single section to display multiple times to gather multiple records and streamline the building of TX Forms. For more information, see Creating TX Forms.
April '24 Due to the March package release delay, and to ensure more robust development for our next release, there will be no April '24 release. The next expected release will be May '24.
March '24
  • Picklist labels display complete sentences when checking in and use generic language, such as ‘Who would you like to meet with?’. 
  • Defect corrections for Applicant Dashboard, Events, Engage, Online Application, and TX Forms.

February '24

  • Updated packages to address a vulnerability regarding attachments for users of any Salesforce site (i.e., the Online Application).
  • The instructions for the February ‘24 packages contain configuration updates that prevent a user from accessing attachments without logging in.
