Communication Planner

Version 2410.0

The TargetX Communication Planner consolidates Email and SMS campaigns into a single tool, enabling you to define Tracks and Steps tailored to your organization's requirements. Salesforce serves as the interface and repository for campaign data and images, while actual campaign execution and related processes remain outside its scope.

• Campaign Builder is the primary organizational level in the Communication Planner, where you define Tracks, Steps, and Elements.
• Reports display Charts and Reports on your Campaign statistics.
• Activity Center lets you view your Campaigns, Tracks, Elements, Status, and Sent details.
• Template Builder is a tool for creating content/messaging for Email and SMS Templates. All campaigns and templates, including accompanying images, are securely stored within your Salesforce instance.
• Folders enable you to organize your content for campaigns and templates efficiently.

TargetX Resolved Defects

Engage (Version 2410.1)

• (CL-2114) Setting your Session Timeout to ‘force logout’ will display a message when your session times out. Previously, Console errors were displayed when a session timed out.
• (CL-2188, CL-2239) You can successfully create a new student with a Canadian 672 area code phone number. Previously, the 672 area code was not recognized and prevented students from being created.

Events (Version 2410.3)

• (CL-2111) The Appointment Scheduler accurately filters Success Team members based on Reason or Custom filters. Previously, it displayed all values regardless of the applied filters.

Online Application (Version 2410.1)

• (CL-2144) Conditional fields display correctly based on responses to a multi-select picklist. Previously, selecting multiple options from the picklist caused the conditional fields to fail to appear.

Retention (Version 2410.1)

• (CL-2083) The Load More button retains the focus on the tab you were on. Previously, if you were on the My Students tab and clicked Load More, the system switched to the All Students tab. 
• (CL-2197) The Help icon on the Faculty Early Alerts page correctly links to the appropriate Help Center page. Previously, it directed to an outdated link that resulted in an error.

TX Forms (Base Version 2410.6)

• (CL-2220) When the Submit button is clicked, error messages are now read aloud by screen readers. Previously, users who clicked Submit wouldn't hear the error message and were unaware they had missed the required fields.
