This release includes enhancements for Events and Recruitment Manager and defect fixes for Engage, Online Application, Portal, Recruitment Manager,and TX Forms.
TargetX Enhancements
Events
Version 2409.2
- The Internal Events Calendar allows you to filter by Location, allowing you to quickly limit the calendar to a specific Campus. For more information, see Navigating and Filtering the Events Calendar.
- A Skip Calendar option on the Events Calendar allows you to bypass tabbing through each date individually. This feature is beneficial for screen reader users with visual impairments. The button appears when a user enters a search term and navigates through the window using the tab key.
Recruitment Manager
Version 2409.0
- A new field for Mobile Phone (TargetX_SRMb__Mobile_Phone__c) is available on Relationship (v1) records.
TargetX Resolved Defects
Engage (Version 2409.0)
- (CL-2124) Engage permissions allow users to delete an Engage meeting without error. Previously, non-Admin users needed to have ‘Modify All’ permissions to delete an Engage meeting.
- (CL-2165) Engage Permission Sets can be included in Permission Set groups. Previously, Users of a Permission Set Group did not appear as an ‘Available Advisor.’
Online Application (Version 2409.0)
- (CL-2179) Conditions for filtering Read-Only cards will correctly display Read-Only cards. Previously, only the “equals” operator in filter criteria worked properly.
- (CL-2187) Online Application deadlines correctly display for Hawaii Standard Time (HST). Previously, deadlines in HST were displayed as one day later.
- (CL-2212) Valid date fields save properly. Previously, certain dates generated an ‘invalid date’ error when data was resaved.
Portal (Base Version 2409.0)
- (CL-2203) The App Dashboard widget correctly displays the Start New Application button based on your configuration. Previously, the Start New Application button display setting didn’t work correctly when an application already existed.
Recruitment Manager (Version 2409.0)

(CL-2199) Inquiry records properly roll up to the Contact when using Source to Master. Previously, when using the Batch Rollup defined in RM Preferences, the roll-up would fail when Id was configured as a Tracked Field, creating a TargetX Log.
TX Forms (Base Version 2409.0)
- (CL-2115) The General TX Forms embed code displays properly. Previously, when a General TX Form was embedded in a webpage, the form did not display properly.
