Understanding Retention Scorecards

• Academic includes Academic Score/Status for each student. This score Includes information such as Enrollment Status,Program of Study, Class Level, Overall GPA. Selecting an individual Academic score will drill down into Course information for that student.
• Engagement includes Engagement Score/Status for each student. Includes information & data points - such as Appointments (open, completed, cancelled), Surveys completed, Events Attended. Selecting an individual Engagement score will drill down into Activities & Interests, Surveys and Appointment information for that student.
• Financial includes Financial Score/Status for each student. Includes information & data points - such as Financial Holds or other related Financial Alerts, Financial Aid Status, FAFSA Completion Status, Summary of Financial Aid. Selecting an an individual Financial score will drill down into Hold information for that student.
