Before you begin implementing Faculty Early Alerts
To use Faculty Early Alerts, there is an assumption that you already have:
- Faculty as Contact records in your system; associated to a Related User.
- Courses loaded with Academic Profiles and Students connected to those courses.
- Populated the Faculty/Facilitator (Lookup) field in the Courses object with the appropriate Faculty Contact record.
Additionally, you should be using the following fields:
