Why is this change happening?

The new help center provides an improved experience to help you better find and access articles. 

How do I access upgrade packages?

To simplify access to upgrade instructions and packages, we've added an Upgrade Guides tile to the TargetX User Community. Additionally, you'll note that release and upgrade articles have been condensed to display information more efficiently.

I bookmarked articles from before this change. Will these redirect? 

Unfortunately, bookmarked links will not automatically redirect. However, you can use the Help Center's powerful search tool to find the articles you want to bookmark quickly. 

Can I still submit feedback on articles?

Yes, there are two ways you can submit feedback: 

  • Using the Did you find your answer? ratings at the bottom of each article.
  • Via a feedback form on the Help Center's landing page.
