TargetX User Management Overview
TargetX User Management allows you to create user accounts to access TargetX products without a Salesforce license. Currently, this is available for TargetX Insights, TX SMS and TX Print.
Accessing the TargetX User Management System
Direct URL Access
The TargetX User Management System can be accessed directly with the following URL: http://admin.targetx.com
If you have sufficient privileges to manage users for your Organization, you can log in here to invite new users, deactivate users, and manage user details.
Access from another TargetX Product
Any TargetX products that rely on the TargetX User Management System will have a link called Tx Admin that allows you to access User Management. This link will only be visible to users with sufficient privileges to manage users, and will appear beneath the Settings link in the left-hand navigation bar:
TX User Management Profile
To edit your TX User Management Profile, select the Avatar at the bottom left of the window. Select Edit Profile. Here you can view/edit:
- Basic Info such as First and Last Name
- Update Password which requires your Old password in order to update to a new password.
- Integrations will display any connections to Salesforce. Select Disconnect to remove any connections or Connect to add a connection.
