The first setting you are able to customize is your Title, both for Desktop and Mobile versions of the widget. When deciding on the Mobile Title, it is best practice to check and see how it appears on a mobile device as longer titles have potential to extend off the page.
This setting allows you to specify the color choice of your widget, using the hexidecimal code for the color you would like. We recommend connecting with your Web Design and/or Marketing team for this as they will likely know what hex code is used for your website.
The Domain settings are where you are able to specify the pages where you would like to display the UChat widget. Specifying the domain here does not automatically add the widget to your site, but rather enables the widget once the HTML code has been added to your website. We will discuss how to add the widget to your site below.
Note that for this setting, you only need to provide the root domain, not the specific page (subdomain). For example, to make UChat available at http://www.school.com/apply.html, http://www.school.com/admissions/team.html, and http://www.school.com/contact.html, add school.com to the list.
UChat will not work for a domain that is not in this list.
