New Features and Enhancements

The following enhancements are automatically available for Time2Track (unless otherwise noted), and no action is required on the part of any association, school, or program. If you have any questions about these features, contact your Account Manager or customer service.

Increased Password Strength Requirements

Starting July 17, password requirements were updated to better align with security best practices:

  • Minimum of 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character

If your current password meets these requirements, no action is needed.

If your current password does not meet these requirements, you must update it. After you update your password, you'll receive an email confirmation.

Enhancements for AAPI 2025-2026 Cycle

For the AAPI 2025-2026 cycle, which launched on July 7, the following changes have been made:

Student View

  • On the Time2Track AAPI Dashboard, a new confirmation message lists the date and time the applicant's DCT verification and practicum hours were successfully submitted to AAPI.
  • The Adult Assessment Instruments and Child & Adolescent Assessment Instruments instructions were updated.
  • The Theoretical Orientation section of the Additional Information About Practicum Experiences section was updated.

Student View & DCT View

  • The Practicum Hours Completion Date was updated to October 1, 2025.
  • The Exam Completion Date was updated to February 1, 2026.
  • The Coursework Completion Date was updated to June 30, 2026.
Trainees Can No Longer Retract and Delete Approved or Rejected Approval Requests

Previously, when a trainee's supervisor approved or rejected an approval submission, trainees could select Retract and Delete this Approval Request. With this enhancement, trainees only see this action option for approval requests with a Submitted status.

With this change, a full history of approval submissions is available to all users, maintaining the integrity of the approval process.
