Starting July 17, password requirements were updated to better align with security best practices:
If your current password meets these requirements, no action is needed.
If your current password does not meet these requirements, you must update it. After you update your password, you'll receive an email confirmation.
For the AAPI 2025-2026 cycle, which launched on July 7, the following changes have been made:

Previously, when a trainee's supervisor approved or rejected an approval submission, trainees could select Retract and Delete this Approval Request. With this enhancement, trainees only see this action option for approval requests with a Submitted status.
With this change, a full history of approval submissions is available to all users, maintaining the integrity of the approval process.
