Reset Your Password

Your password information is not accessible by customer service. To retrieve your password:

1. Go to https://app.time2track.com/login.
2. Click Forgot password.
3. Enter your email address, then click Send Password Reset. If your email address changed, contact customer service at support@time2track.com for help locating your account information.

You will receive an email prompting you to reset your login information. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders if you don't receive the email within 15 minutes. Passwords must be a minimum of eight characters and include a number, capital letter, lowercase letter, and a special character.
