Manage Your Account
You can update your account information on the Profile page. To access, click Settings, then Profile. Once you've finished making changes, click Save.
Change your email address and password.
Enter or update your name.
Enter or update your address and phone number.
Select your highest degree earned.
This is a designation that qualifies you as a supervisor or faculty member. If this field doesn't apply to you, type and select Other Certification.
If you have a license number or certification ID, you can enter your ID and state or province of the qualification here. If these fields don't apply to you, enter N/A.
Switch between Accounts
If you have multiple Time2Track accounts linked to the same email address, you can switch between them. For example, you might have accounts for different sites or roles. To switch accounts:
- Under Settings, click Switch Roles.
- Click Select Role for the account you want to work in. Note that the account you're currently working in has a checkmark under Current.
If you don't have the Switch Roles link or want to link multiple Time2Track accounts to one email address, contact customer service at email@example.com.
