You can update your account information on the Profile page. To access, click Settings, then Profile. Once you've finished making changes, click Save.
Change your email address and password.
To update your organization name in Time2Track, contact your Account Manager at email@example.com.
Select the degree levels offered by your training sites.
Select if trainees can submit activities electronically and if their supervisors can approve those activities electronically. Note that Online Approval is only available for Time2Track Gold and Platinum plans.
Enter or update your name.
Enter or update your address and phone number.
Switch between Accounts
If you have multiple Time2Track accounts linked to the same email address, you can switch between them. For example, you can have a trainee and supervisor account. To switch accounts:
- Under Settings, click Switch Roles.
- Click Select Role for the account you want to work in. Note that the account you're currently working in has a checkmark under Current.
If you don't have the Switch Roles link or want to link multiple Time2Track accounts to one email address, contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
