Create an Account – Individual Subscription

This page applies to Time2Track trainees.

Create a New Account

When creating an account, consider the following:

  • Create only one account to avoid difficulties.
  • For your own security, do not share your password or account information with anyone.
  • Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.
  • Use an email address that you check frequently to avoid missing important updates.

Create Your Account and Purchase a Time2Track Individual Account

Follow the steps below to set up your account and connect to your program.

  1. Go to https://time2track.com/pricing/.
  2. Select the subscription plan that best fits your needs.
  3. Complete the required fields, then click Next.
  4. Enter your program's school or organization and start date.
    • If your program doesn't use Time2Track, enter No School and contact us at time2trackinfo@liaisonedu.com so we can add your program to Time2Track.
  5. Create your password, agree to the terms and conditions, then click Next.
  6. Watch a brief video that explains how Time2Track works. When you're finished, click Start Logging Activities
  7. Next, you'll need to purchase your subscription. Navigate to Settings Subscription > Purchase Subscription.
  8. Select and confirm the plan that works best for you (note: you can navigate back to this page if you need to change your subscription in the future). 
  9. Enter your payment information, then click Subscribe.
  10. Once your account is created, ensure you complete your profile. On the Profile page, select a level that matches the level associated with your program. If you're not sure which level to select, contact your program. 

If you purchased a monthly or yearly subscription plan, you'll automatically be enrolled in a recurring billing plan, which you can cancel at any time. You can switch your billing plan between monthly and yearly intervals, as well as change to an authorization subscription or one-time payments. You'll receive a reminder email 10 days before the subscription expires, alerting you that your credit card is about to be charged. See Cancel Your Account for more information on canceling your recurring billing plan.

Use an Existing Account

If you already have a Time2Track account, you can connect your current account to your program.

  1. Under Settings, click Profile.
  2. Under Your School, enter your program's school or organization name. Contact them to confirm how they are listed in Time2Track, as this is how you'll be linked to your program.
  3. Select a level that matches the level associated with your program. If you're not sure which level to select, contact your program. 
  4. Click Save.

Step 2: Purchase a Subscription for Your Existing Account

  1. Go to http://app.time2track.com/ and log in to your account. 
  2. Navigate to Settings Subscription > Purchase Subscription.
  3. Select and confirm the plan that works best for you (note: you can navigate back to this page if you need to change your subscription in the future). 
  4. Enter your payment information, then click Subscribe.
