You can update your account information on the Profile page. To access, click Settings, then Profile. Once you've finished making changes, click Save.
Change your email address and password.
Enter or update your name.
Enter or update your address and phone number.
Select your current time zone. Some actions in Time2Track are based on the current date and time. For example, if you schedule an activity and it is listed in the future based on your supervisor's time zone, then the activity cannot be confirmed.
Update your program level. This is useful if you log activities and want to change the default activity level.
Select if you want to receive a monthly summary report of your hours.
Switch between Accounts
If you have multiple Time2Track accounts linked to the same email address, you can switch between them. For example, you can have a student and supervisor account. To switch accounts:
- Under Settings, click Switch Roles.
- Click Select Role for the account you want to work in. Note that the account you're currently working in has a checkmark under Current.
If you don't have the Switch Roles link or want to link multiple Time2Track accounts to one email address, contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
