This page applies to Time2Track trainees.
You can create custom treatment settings to better define your activities. For example, if you're completing several activities at University Counseling Centers, you can identify the institution type and add a custom treatment setting of "Community College Counseling Center." Additionally, if your program doesn't use Online Approval or Forms and Evaluations, you can track your training sites and supervisors using custom treatment settings. As a best practice, create a separate, custom treatment setting for each training site and supervisor combination and follow this naming standard: Training Site Name – Supervisor Name. Note that all custom treatment settings must be linked to a standard treatment setting type.
Create a Treatment Setting
- Click Activities.
- Click Treatment Settings.
- Click Add a Treatment Setting.
- Enter the custom treatment setting name. For example, you can enter your program name, such as "Charleston General Hospital – Mental Health Clinic," or you can include your supervisor's name, such as "Charleston General Hospital – Mental Health Clinic – Sigmund Freud."
- Select a standard treatment setting type from the drop-down, related to your treatment setting. This helps map your custom treatment settings when running reports.
- Click Save.
Edit a Treatment Setting
When updating a custom treatment setting, all activities associated with that custom treatment setting are immediately updated as well with the new information.
- Click Activities.
- Click Treatment Settings.
- Under the Name column, click your treatment setting name.
- Update your treatment setting name and setting type.
- Click Save.
Delete a Treatment Setting
When deleting a custom treatment setting, the custom name is automatically removed from all activities associated with that custom treatment setting. The standard treatment setting selected in the custom treatment setting is applied instead.
- Click Activities.
- Click Treatment Settings.
- Click the trash icon.
- Confirm the deletion by clicking Delete this setting.
Use Custom Treatment Settings
When selecting your treatment setting for activities, your custom treatment setting displays under a separate grouping named My Treatment Settings.
