Cancel Recurring Billing

If you have an individual account and purchased a monthly or yearly subscription plan, you'll automatically be enrolled in a recurring billing plan, which you can cancel at any time. Note that canceling a recurring billing plan does not cancel the subscription; your subscription plan will be active until the plan end date.

You'll receive several reminder emails, typically 10 and two days before the subscription expires, alerting you that your credit card is about to be charged. If you don't want your subscription to renew, then you must cancel your plan before your plan's next renewal date.

Once a subscription has started, Time2Track does not offer refunds. See Time2Track's Terms of Service for more information.

Confirm Where Your Subscription Was Purchased

For web app only.

To confirm if your active monthly or yearly subscription was purchased in the mobile or web app, you must first log in to the web app.

  1. Log in to https://app.time2track.com/login.
  2. Under Settings, click Subscriptions.
    • If your subscription was purchased in the mobile app, a banner noting this displays.
    • If your subscription was purchased in the web app, no banner appears.

Cancel Your Active Subscription

Follow the steps below to learn how to cancel an active subscription in the web or mobile apps. Keep in mind that:

  • If you purchased a monthly or yearly subscription plan in the mobile app, you must cancel it in the mobile app.
  • If you purchased a monthly or yearly subscription plan in the web app, you can cancel it in either the web or mobile apps.

For mobile app only.

  1. Log in to the Time2Track mobile app.
  2. Under Settings, click Subscription.
  3. Swipe for your desired subscription to the left and click Cancel.
  4. Click Cancel in the confirmation window.
  5. Complete additional cancellation questions from Google Play or Apple.

For web app only.

  1. Log in to https://app.time2track.com/login.
  2. Under Settings, click Subscriptions.
  3. Click the Change or Cancel Subscription button.
  4. Your current plan will be highlighted. Click the Cancel Plan link.
  5. Click Continue to confirm your cancelation.
