Quadrant 3 - Supporting Information

The Supporting Information section of the Applicant Portal can include several pages of questions.  Please review each question set and decide whether you want to include it in your CAS. If you do, indicate whether that question set should be required or optional. If it is required, applicants cannot submit their applications without answering those questions.

For some question blocks, the CAS system requires an answer. Those question blocks include “Answer is Required” in the Rule to Use column.

For some questions blocks, multiple versions are available. For those question blocks, you must select the version you would like to use (for example, Version A or Version B).
