The TOEFL/IELTS/Duolingo English Language Proficiency test scores can be waived if you:
- Are an international student and English is an official language spoken in your home country,
- Are not a US citizen but you're earning a bachelor's degree or higher in the US, or
- Are not a US citizen but you're earning a bachelor's degree or higher in a country where English is an official language.
