Review the important application cycle dates below. In some instances, the individual program's deadline may differ from the application's cycle dates. To view a program's deadline date, click Add Program and review the information under Deadline. You can submit your application up until 11:59 PM CT on the deadline date.

While the cycle close date is the final date you can submit your UTSA Graduate School application, UTSA Graduate School has additional final application processing dates for managing your application. Note the dates and submission times below.

These dates are for the Fall 2024, Spring 2025, and Summer 2025 terms.

The last date your recommenders can submit their recommendations.	June 12, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT
If you are in the Undelivered status, this is the last date you can re-submit your application.	June 19, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT
All application processing ends.	June 20, 2025
