Update Your Profile

You can update basic information about yourself and your background on the My Profile and Extended Profile pages. To access, click your name in the upper right of the application and select My Profile or Extended Profile.

My Profile

Your Legal Name

Enter or update your legal name, including suffixes. University of North Texas Graduate CAS will use this name in all communications.

Contact Information

Enter or update your email address and phone number(s).

Text and Phone Authorization

Click the checkbox to agree to the Terms of Service and authorize calls and/or text messages to the mobile phone number entered in the Contact Information section above.

Account Information

Use this section to change your username.

European Union Data Protection

Indicate if you are currently located in a European Union country, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, or Switzerland.

Privacy & Security

Use this section to change your password.

If desired, you can set up two-factor authentication (2FA) using any standard 2FA app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, etc.). To do so:

  1. Click Set Up.
  2. Scan the provided QR code with your phone using a 2FA app, or copy the code and paste it into the 2FA app.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code from your app to complete the setup.
  4. Click Enable.

Extended Profile

Citizenship Status

Enter information about your citizenship status.

English Language Proficiency (ELP)

Indicate whether you meet the criteria for English language proficiency based on one of the following:

If you select Yes, select your country of citizenship or the country where you completed the degree or requisite courses. 

Application Verification

Confirm that your responses to the Extended Profile questions are accurate.

McNair Scholar

Indicate if you are a McNair Scholar.

Payment History

In this section, you can review your payment history. Click View Order Details to see a copy of your receipt(s). Note that it may take up to 24 hours for recent payments to post to your account and be visible on this page.
