Indicate if you have a social security number. If Yes, enter your social security number. Your designated programs may require your SSN for institutional or federal financial aid forms. Contact your programs directly with any questions.

Indicate if you wish to complete your program entirely online through UM Global. Before answering this question, you must confirm program availability; otherwise, your tuition will be billed incorrectly. If you do not want to be part of a UM Global program or your chosen program is not available through UM Global, select No.
