Application Review Workflow

To use WebAdMIT effectively, you'll first want to map your current application review workflow. This can include corresponding with applicants at specific points in your application cycle (e.g., application received, interview invite, offer made), gathering staff and faculty to conduct reviews, and working with your IT department to import applicant data into your institution's SIS/ERP system.

If you're new to joining a Centralized Application Service (CAS) and WebAdMIT or would like suggestions on how to better integrate your admissions workflow with a CAS and WebAdMIT, review the Best Practices in Implementing a Centralized Application Service course, accessible in Liaison Academy, and diagram below.

Now that you've identified your application review workflow, you can begin implementing WebAdMIT tools to more effectively manage your process. Below is an example of WebAdMIT tools you can use at each stage. Use the corresponding numbers to find the featured WebAdMIT tools.
