Allow Multiple Fees for a Single Program

This enhancement will only be available for CASs where each program sets its own program fee.

This enhancement must be approved by the CAS association or UniCAS client for use in your next cycle. If activated, this enhancement will be available for all participating programs in your next cycle. CAS association and UniCAS clients: contact your Account Manager for more information or to enable this feature.

Currently, programs can only be configured with one fee. This enhancement will allow you to establish different fees for a single program based on an applicant's response to the Extended Profile or questions under Program Materials.

Allow Configurable Document Uploads for a Single Program

This enhancement will only be available for CASs where each program configures program-specific document uploads.

This enhancement must be approved by the CAS association or UniCAS client for use in your next cycle. If activated, this enhancement will be available for all participating programs in your next cycle. CAS association and UniCAS clients: contact your Account Manager for more information or to enable this feature.

Currently, programs can only request or require the same documents for all their applicants. This enhancement will allow you to establish different document uploads for a single program based on an applicant's response to the Extended Profile or questions under Program Materials.

This enhancement must be approved by the CAS association or UniCAS client for use in your next cycle. If activated, this enhancement will be available for all participating programs in your next cycle. Currently, activated programs display for all applicants in a CAS. This enhancement allows you to control which programs display to applicants based on their answers to questions from the Extended Profile section or your questions under the Program Materials section.

By providing unique URLs to our clients, we can track applicant behaviors as they find and access our applications. This can aid programs with their marketing efforts.

NextGeneration ACCUPLACER Test

This enhancement is automatically available for use by all CASs that collect ACCUPLACER scores and their participating programs. No action is required on the part of any association, school, or program. Contact your Account Manager for more information.

Applicants are able to self-report their NextGeneration ACCUPLACER test scores in the application.

School-level Deep Links

This enhancement must be approved by the CAS association or UniCAS client for use in your current cycle. If activated, this enhancement will be available for all participating programs. CAS association and UniCAS clients: contact your Account Manager for more information or to enable this feature.

Organizations can create a "deep link" from the Configuration Portal and add it to their program websites. When applicants click these deep links, they will be redirected to the CAS application and the Add Program page will automatically be filtered with the organization and its programs.

Ability to Reorder Prerequisites

This enhancement is automatically available for use by all CASs that use Prerequisites and participating programs. No action is required on the part of any association, school, or program. Contact your Account Manager for more information.

You can reorder all prerequisites enabled for individual programs in the Configuration Portal.

Currently, you must select if you want to configure program- or organization-level questions in the Configuration Portal. This enhancement allows you to configure both types of questions for all programs.

Add Custom Transcript Instructions

This enhancement will be automatically available for use by all CASs that configure transcripts and participating programs. No action is required on the part of any association, school, or program. Contact your Account Manager for more information.

You can add custom instructions when selecting your program's transcript and coursework requirements in the Configuration Portal if you choose not to collect transcripts through the CAS.

Hide Program-specific Questions in Full Application PDF

Programs can hide program-specific questions from the full application PDF. These questions still display on the Applicant Details page in WebAdMIT.

Professional Transcript Entry (PTE) Status Flag

If an applicant chooses to pay for and use the Professional Transcript Entry (PTE) service, a PTE status flag appears on their Applicant Details page in WebAdMIT.

CAS- and Program-specific Questions Preserved in Exports Templates During Transfer Settings

CAS- and program-specific questions now carry forward in export templates during a transfer settings. Previously, these fields needed to be readded to export templates in the new cycle.

Institution Manager Search

This enhancement will be automatically available for use by all CASs that use Prerequisites and participating programs. No action is required on the part of any association, school, or program. Contact your Account Manager for more information.

You can search for institution managers in the Admissions Users feature. Institution Managers can grant other users access to WebAdMIT and add new CASs and cycles to other users' accounts.

Lookup Table Updates

This enhancement will be automatically available for use by all CASs and participating programs. No action is required on the part of any association, school, or program. Contact your Account Manager for more information.

Some CASs ask applicants to identify their geographic area for HRSA data. The lookup value for "Large Town(population 10,000 to 49,999 population)" had an extra parenthesis removed from the end. If you pull this data into an external SIS/ERP system, you must update your data integration.

Session Timeout

If your WebAdMIT session is inactive for more than three hours, you will automatically be logged out. This aligns with industry standards and security best practices.
