New Features and Enhancements

Configuration Portal Enhancements

The following enhancement is available for the Configuration Portal as part of Sprint 23.

    SlideRoom Display Updated

Note that this enhancement is available immediately for all CASs that use SlideRoom.

The SlideRoom section of the Configuration Portal now has an updated interface. The portfolio options have also been updated for clarity:

  • Required before submission – The applicant will not be allowed to submit their CAS application until their SlideRoom supplement is completed.
  • Submit at any time – Applicants must submit a SlideRoom supplement, but they may do so after submitting their CAS application. “Opt Out” will not be available.
  • Optional – It's highly recommended that the applicant completes a SlideRoom supplement, but they will be able to opt out of this requirement.

WebAdMIT Enhancements

The following enhancements are available for WebAdMIT as part of Sprint 23.

    OAT Score Fields Reordered

Note that this enhancement is available immediately for OptomCAS and RFUCAS.

The applicant-reported and official OAT score details under the Standardized Tests panel now reflect the score report order provided by the ADA:

  • Quantitative Reading
  • Reading Comprehension
  • Physics
  • Biology
  • General Chemistry
  • Organic Chemistry
  • Total Science
  • Academic Average
    Document Upload File Size Increased

Note that this enhancement is available immediately for all CASs.

You can now upload documents with a file size up to 15MB each under the Documents panel, Admissions Uploaded Documents subpanel. Previously, you were restricted to a file size of 5MB or less. Additionally, the total maximum file size for all uploaded documents has been removed. You can still only upload a maximum of 8 documents per applicant.
