WebAdMIT & Configuration Portal Codes Created in the Questions Section of the Configuration Portal Are Now Available in WebAdMIT Deployed in Sprint 10 This enhancement is available to all CASs immediately, but is dependent on codes being established in the Configuration Portal. Configuration Portal users have the ability to establish codes to pair with the answers to multiple choice Program Questions.  This enhancement allows those codes to appear in WebAdMIT.

This enhancement adds a designation scoped date/time field that indicates when the last time the applicant was exported. WebAdMIT WebAdMIT Users Can Release Early Decision Applicants to Regular Pool Overnight Deployed in Sprint 12 This enhancement is available to PTCAS and PharmCAS immediately upon release. Previously, during the first phase of Early Decision for PTCAS and PharmCAS, applicants removed from Early Decision back into the regular pool were not released until after the Verdict Date. With this enhancement, applicable applicants are released on a nightly basis. This applies to any applicants removed from the Early Decision Decision Code, and assigned to a Decision Code that previously would have released them on the Verdict Date.
WebAdMIT New Workflow for Batch Local Status Changes Deployed in Sprint 12 This enhancement is available to all CASs immediately upon release. This enhancement adjusts the workflow when changing Local Statuses in batch, making it a two-step process. Prior to selecting the desired Local Status, users are now asked to select which designation(s) they'd like this change to impact. This selection then limits the new Local Status options, based on what Local Statuses are compatible with the desired designations. Previously, users selected the designation(s) at the same time as selecting the new Local Status, which could lead to some applicants' statuses not being changed due to their designation not being eligible for the new Local Status.
WebAdMIT Updated Workflow for Batch Local Status Changes Deployed in Sprint 13 This enhancement is available to all CASs immediately upon release. This enhancement updates the workflow when changing Local Statuses in batch, making it a three-step process. Prior to selecting the desired Local Status, users are asked to select the designation(s) they'd like this change to impact. This selection then limits the new Local Status options, based on what Local Statuses are compatible with the desired designations. Then users are asked to confirm the changes.
