Ad Hoc Import Programs to New Cycle

Delivered

Quarter 2 2021 – Deployed in Release 4

For CASs that have overlapping cycles, sometimes a new program is created late in a cycle and after the other programs are carried forward into the new cycle's Configuration Portal. This enhancement will allow you to select and import those programs so they appear in the new cycle's Configuration Portal. You can then spend less time recreating a program and more time updating it for the new cycle.

Configuration Portal

Create Short Names for Program Questions

Delivered

Quarter 3 2021 – Deployed in Release 8

To improve data feeds from the Configuration Portal to your institution's Student Information System (SIS) through tools like the CAS API, you will be able to create short names for your program questions. For example, suppose one of your questions is “Has anyone in your family attended our institution?” You can choose a short name such as “Legacy.”

Configuration Portal

Better Support for Foreign Transcript and Evaluation Configurations

Delivered

Quarter 3 2021 – Deployed in Release 9

Currently, programs can only configure US and English Canadian transcript requirements. This enhancement will allow you to establish foreign transcript and evaluation requirements.
