The current 4-quadrant CAS Applicant Portal will be significantly upgraded to streamline user experience on both desktop devices as well as mobile devices. The updated UX will be piloted with specific CASs (TBD) in 2023 prior to a broader rollout to all CASs. |

SFTP Delivery of PDFs and Other Documents |

WebAdMIT introduced the ability to deliver Export Manager and Report Manager files to SFTP sites in Quarter 4 2022. This enhancement will add the ability to deliver PDF Manager batches of documents to SFTP sites on a schedule as well. |

This enhancement allows CASs to create an Extended Profile or core CAS application question in which applicants select what term they wish to start their studies. You can then use this as a filter on the In Progress Applicants page in WebAdMIT. |

Select Standardized Test Types in Work Groups |

Many CASs allow applicants to self-report or submit official test scores for more than one standardized test type (e.g., GRE, TOEFL, MCAT, etc.). This enhancement will allow admissions users to select which standardized test types are viewable in each Work Group, creating a custom view for your admissions team. This will help support programs in implementing test-optional admissions policies. For example, you can allow a Reviewer Work Group to view only TOEFL scores while a Secondary Review Work Group can view GRE and TOEFL test scores. |

SFTP Delivery of Exports |

Quarter 4 2022 |
SFTP is a secure way to transfer data files between servers. This enhancement will enable you to securely transfer WebAdMIT export files to your institution's Student Information System (SIS), such as Slate, TargetX, EMP, or other SFTP servers. |
