You can use the Advisor Documents function to download a report with the most common data you need about your students.
Starting with the 2018–2019 cycle, the report is available for the following participating CASs:
The report is typically run and published mid-October as preliminary decisions are posted, then refreshed in mid-February as participating schools report final decisions in WebAdMIT.

Under the Reports & Exports panel, click Advisor Documents.
Click Download to run a preconfigured Excel report based on your school and the CAS and cycle you are working in.
The report contains three worksheets: an applicant Roster, an Aggregate report on statistics for your school compared to the entire CAS, and an All Designations report on the number of applicant submissions for each program.

This worksheet calculates two sets of aggregate statistics. The first set (on the left side of the report) summarizes decision and GPA information for all applicants who:
The second set of statistics (on the right side of the report) summarizes decision and GPA information for all submitted applicants to the CAS who are not in an application status of Undelivered or On Hold.

This worksheet lists all the participating programs in a CAS and calculates two sets of aggregate statistics. The first set (on the left side of the report) totals how many of your college's applicants have applied to each program and the program's current decision (if applicable). To be included in your college applicant pool, applicants must meet these requirements:
The second set of statistics (on the right side of the report) totals how many submitted applicants to the CAS who are not in an application status of Undelivered or On Hold have applied to each program and the program's current decision (if applicable).
