Enhanced Domains

• The CK Editor was updated to version 4.x in both the old and new builders.

Events

VERSION 2209.1

• A new setting is available to disable Interviews in Appointment Scheduler. This setting is unchecked by default. For details, see Appointment Scheduler Settings.
• Appointment Scheduler now sends an email to students when a staff member marks their appointment as No Show. 
• You can set email templates for different modalities in Appointment Scheduler, such as In Person, Virtual, or Phone meetings. For more information, see Appointment Email Templates.
• You can now select different modalities for appointments. For more information, see Defining Availability for Appointments and Understanding how Students Schedule Appointments and Interviews.
• New fields:

• Staff can schedule appointments for different modalities from the Appointment Calendar. For more information, see Using the Appointment Calendar.
• Staff can now select the modality when defining their availability. For more information, see Configuring Availability for Appointments.

Engage

VERSION 2209.7

• Admins can customize Engage Room Types and associated Reasons options. For more information, see Customizing Engage Room Types.
• Notes now save automatically when a user ends a session.

Portal

• (CL-1502) The Application widget was converting the Create Date to GMT time.

• (CL-1682) Event forms in the old, TargetX Events Forms, format could not be accessed in the TX Forms builder.
