New Features and Enhancements

WebAdMIT Enhancements

The following enhancement is available for WebAdMIT as part of Sprint 8.

1. WebAdMIT Now Includes Official NBDE Scores

Note that this enhancement is available immediately for all CAS’s currently using Official NBDE scores.

WebAdMIT now includes the Official NBDE scores received by Liaison. Scores are available on the Applicant Details page, in the List Manager, in the Export Manager, and in Scoring.

Evaluator Portal Enhancements

The following Evaluator Portal enhancement is available as part of Sprint 8.

1. Old Evaluator Portal Is Now Decommissioned

Liaison now offers Letters by Liaison, an updated version of the Evaluator Portal, and the old portal has been decommissioned. Prior and current requests for existing users have been moved to Letters by Liaison. For more information, see the Letters by Liaison Release Notice or the Letters by Liaison Help Center.

Updates to College Coursework Credit Value Entries	Spring	For CAS’s that collect college coursework, the Applicant Portal will be updated to allow applicants to enter course credit values in one numeric field. This field will also limit applicants from entering more than two digits after a decimal. Currently, applicants are required to enter course credit values in two fields: a numeric field for the whole course credit and a drop-down including preset fractional values.
Sandbox Environment Refresh	May 15, 2018	The WebAdMIT Sandbox environment (sandbox.webadmit.org) will be refreshed with current (cleansed) production data and program configurations. Any test exports, custom fields, etc., in the current sandbox will be overwritten when the refresh occurs.
Reviewing & Scoring Applicants Regional Training in Atlanta, GA	May 22, 2018	Register now for our Reviewing & Scoring Applicants live training in Atlanta, GA. Participants will learn how to make best use of the Assignments and Interviews features in WebAdMIT through a series of hands-on exercises led by a WebAdMIT expert. They will learn how to rank applicants and pinpoint the most qualified candidates, while networking with peers to learn how others are using WebAdMIT to achieve their admissions goals. Participants who successfully complete this course are eligible to earn 0.8 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
