Overview

In this section, you can view students enrolled in a TSP agreement with one of your programs.

Navigating a Contact Record

1. Back to Contacts View: use this link to return to the Contacts Grid.
2. Back / Next Buttons: use these buttons to move to the previous or next Contact in the list.
3. Contact Record View drop-down: switch between the different Contact Record views:
   • Summary: key student information, focused primarily on the Transfer Success Pathway (TSP) data.
   • All Properties: student information listed as a grid. You can quickly update fields by clicking the arrow and editing the student's information.
   • TSP Summary: TSP eligibility, enrollment history, and agreements.
   • Standardized Tests: information for completed and planned tests.
   • General Education: track progress toward transfer, including key metrics like A2/B4 and Golden Four requirements.
   • Transfer Programs: the student's tracked programs of interest (current and past).
   • CAS Application Status: if applicable, the student's application through Cal State Apply to your CSU campus.
4. Contact Header: includes key information about the contact, including contact methods.
5. Tabs: interact with CSU Transfer Planner's features for this specific contact, such as writing comments or viewing workflows.

Viewing Transfer Programs Information

You can view the programs an applicant is following at your campus in CSU Transfer Planner under the Transfer Programs view. To access this information, click the Contact Record View drop-down or the 3-dot icon next to the Information tab and select Transfer Programs.

You can then click the icon under the Major Requirements column to view which coursework they have selected as fulfilling the program's coursework requirements.

If desired, you can additionally filter by:

• Major requirements and, if applicable, Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT) requirements under the Degree Type drop-down.
• Catalog year.
• Course progress (e.g., not complete, planned/in-progress, completed).

Accessing CAS Application Information

Students in CSU Transfer Planner may have started or submitted an application through Cal State Apply to your CSU campus. You can use this information to help guide students through their transfer journey. For example, if you have a student with an In Progress Cal State Apply application, you can encourage them to submit it.

To view this information, click the Contact Record View drop-down or the 3-dot icon next to the Information tab and select CAS Application Status.

Additionally, you can search by CAS application data within Segments.
